With your knowledge of the products and my knowledge of the markets, we work together to determine which markets that are most interesting. Is it private consumers, businesses, NGOs, public institutions? Is it Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Kenya or South Africa? And does your product need to be customized to hit market demand? Such a process consists of one or more workshops with intermediate research periods and is constantly adapted. 

In-depth market research and product development

Once we find out which market we are based on, we need to go in depth with market research and analysis. At the same time, we must constantly consider whether the product should be adapted to market, climate, legislation, etc.
